The building clearly had its roots in the communist times, although efforts have been made to make the hotel look nicer. The hotel was however satisfying enough for us, because it was very close to the center of Olsztyn, offering the possibility to go for a drink in the evening. The young staff was very friendly too. The hotel has an elevator too, which was nice, because we have been staying in hotels without elevators. What was very good too, is the closed parking with guard, because it's just excellent if your goal is to visit the town of Olsztyn. You don't have to park the car and it's on a very safe place. What we liked least about the hotel, was the lack of airco. During the night it became very hot in the room and my travel companion had trouble sleeping. But nevertheless the overal price/quality impression was positive.
