This mall quite literally almost has everything across three levels of shopping and has some great…read moreanchor stores too, including Neiman Marcus. The only reason I gave it four stars was because of how they handle parking here by blocking off so much parking, which is now reserved for valet so they can charge you. Which I think is absolutely absurd when there's ample ample parking at the mall, but because they block it off, there's literally almost no parking at the mall. With the size of this mall, I would expect all parking to be fully open to anyone and everyone who wants to come in here and park and shop. What is especially great about the mall is that it has stores that I have never seen anywhere in the Midwest area for example Sandro and Maje. So glad I was able to walk into those stores and see their product line and this is the first time I've done it outside of Europe Anything you could ever want you can find it at the mall so please come here if you're ever in need of anything and it's hectic on the weekends as expected, but the place is fantastic!!!

I saw not one, not two, but THREE roaches casually living their best life like they pay rent. In the food court. Where people eat. Absolutely not. Love the shopping options, hate the unexpected "extra guests." Do better with cleanliness, because that really ruined the experience for me

I love coming to the mall due to its proximity to Lennox Mall. However, the biggest difference is…read morethis Small tends to be a lot more of the higher end stores and brands. Here too similar to Lennox there's a lot of parking that has been prohibited for anyone to park for free and rather it's being reserved for you to pay for valet parking. So if you're lucky, you'll find a good spot. At this mall, there is a sax Fifth Avenue but there is no Neiman Marcus. This mall also has the Hermes store which was the real reason for the visit. However, it's proximity to the Nobu hotel and the Noble restaurant is also very convenient. I will say this place is filled with security, which is really impressive and it is sad though that there are quite a few stores in here that are still empty looking for tenants. But if you're looking for super high-end and Neiman Marcus and Lennox Malk doesn't meet your criteria drive a little bit further less than a mile away and you are exactly where you need to be. I loved being here. The ambience is fantastic. I just wish they had more choices for food and more stores in the empty spaces.

They got the bag...well they at least got mine! Value: Only thing that I was surprised about was that, each vendor charge over $12+ and up on average per tent. I was shocked that the candied fruit on a stick was $29 for 2 sticks . Wow for fruits so, I had to try at least 1 which was 1/2 the price. Entertainment was awesome, I love the young Asian guy rapping & singing. He is very talented! I loved this event & may go back next year.

There was a live show featuring the traditional ceremonial dragon dance, which was exciting to watch. They even taught the crowd a few Chinese phrases, which made it interactive and fun. Thankfully, the rain cleared up and the weather stayed dry, making it easy to relax and enjoy everything the event had to offer.

As someone who has lived in the area since 2000, years before The District at Howell Mill existed,…read moreI have a better appreciation of this shopping center. On its surface, it looks like just another big box shopping center. However, it's smartly planned and has brought a lot of convenience to the neighborhood including one of Atlanta's rare Walmart stores within city limits. The District at Howell Mill opened in fall 2006, about a year after nearby Atlantic Station opened, so the two mixed-use developments are the same generation. The District is far smaller and less unique, but it still packs a punch. At the time of writing this review, some of the big name retail tenants include: * GameStop * Office Depot * Petsmart * TJ Maxx * Ulta * Verizon * Walmart And some of the restaurant/cafe tenants include: * Extreme Teriyaki * La Parrilla * Starbucks * Subway * Which Wich The lineup is filled with chains which is hardly exciting stuff, but it's much better than what was here before which was nothing. As a homeowner in Atlantic Station, which has a Publix and a Target within short walking distance of my home, I still find myself regularly coming to The District (Walmart) to get groceries and household supplies because of better prices, selection, and convenience (one-stop shopping). Surprisingly, I've found the produce at Walmart to be consistently stocked and fresh. Aesthetically speaking, the shopping center is nicely designed. It's well-integrated into the neighborhood and not imposing. Instead of large, freestanding, cookie-cutter buildings with huge asphalt lots, which are a dime a dozen in the suburbs, The District conceals its big box retailers (e.g. Walmart, TJ Maxx, Ulta) from street view. There's multilevel parking and it's plentiful. I haven't been to another Walmart that offers covered parking. Over the years, the property has been maintained and has held up well. I've been a customer to several of the businesses at The District and have generally been satisfied. My favorite optometrist, Dr. Kim Raharja, works at the Atlanta Eye Center (inside the Walmart) on-site. I've also known and visited folks who live (or have lived) at the Alexander at the District apartment community, also on-site. The apartments seemed fine. The District is located right next to I-75 at Howell Mill Road (exit 252B).

I've been to this Nordstrom Rack a few times. I realized after our last visit that I hadn't written…read morea review for this location, so here it is. My wife likes this store. In general, she says she always finds something that's good quality and a good value, and customer service is good. She described Nordstrom Rack as, "like a higher-end T.J. Maxx." Some examples of items she's purchased here include Stuart Weitzman shoes (her wedding shoes; they're beautiful), Madewell sweaters and T-shirts (lots of T-shirts), a French Connection sweater, a Theory dress (one of my favorites; she's worn it to my company's holiday party and to one of her company's events), and NEST New York scented candles (they smell good). Another reason she likes Nordstrom Rack is because she can return both Nordstrom Rack and regular Nordstrom items. Convenient. During our last visit, employee Marquis was fantastic. At checkout, my wife didn't know her Nordstrom credit card expired. Marquis got her on the phone with someone who helped her take care of everything. She was still able to get her Nordy Club points and Notes (loyalty rewards). This Nordstrom Rack is located in Buckhead, just off Georgia 400 Exit 2, near Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza. It's in Buckhead Station, a two-story shopping center. On the weekends, Buckhead Station gets crowded and there are longer lines at Nordstrom Rack. During peak times, I suggest parking on the lower level where there is plenty of parking and no congestion. This Nordstrom Rack opened in 2010. It's the only Nordstrom Rack inside the perimeter.
