I'm new to the area and was looking to establish a OBGYN to keep up on my yearly check ups. When…read morearriving and filling out forms, the front desk was aware I was out of network from the calls they had ME make to my Insurance. There must not have been any communication to the doctor as my appointment started. The Doctor talked me out of my pap smear examination that I was originally there for because it had not been a full year, and insurance would not cover it! I took her advice. Weeks later my bill shows up for a pap smear examination of $305. At this point I have to deal with billing for several weeks to straighten out the correct billing that turns out to be $245! So here I am, $245 in the hole for a basic examination, needing to go back for a Pap smear for $305 in the next couple months. The doctor seemed to think she was saving me money when in fact it is going to cost me almost double. Poor advice from the doctor, poor communication between billing, front desk and the doctor. And yet the Doctor ignores my phone calls. Very disappointed with just about every aspect of my experience with this office. Thank you Scalva.

Absolutely awful. My daughter visited the clinic to discuss placement of an IUD. The clinic was to…read moreplace the order for the product and she had a return visit for implant. The clinic called the week before and advised the paperwork was misplaced and they had not ordered it. Since they were not operational for the month of August, they advised she will need to go elsewhere. I called to request a waiver of the initial fee given we will have to pay it again with another provider. They said that was not possible. After getting nowhere with the billing clerk, I asked to be transferred to the supervisor. After again explaining that we are now being charged twice for the same purpose due to their error, she sarcastically responded then promptly hung up on me! This is total lack of professionalism and we will never be back!
