Extremely rude staff. Cancel appointments and never reply to emails or answer the phone or reply to voicemail.

I was referred to this office by my primary care physician in December 2024. The earliest available appointment was November 2025. I have waited nearly 11 months for this appointment, and they just called me to let me know all appointments for that week have been rescheduled to his next available day of September 1, 2026. That is UNACCEPTABLE and speaks volumes about his patient care. read more

I like Dr. Snapper. He's a bit "no nonsense" but he's one of the few who knows anything at all about dysautonomia/believes you and orders appropriate testing. But it's IMPOSSIBLE to get his office to call you back to schedule an appointment. I've called three times over the past three weeks to try to schedule with him, and no one ever calls back. read more

Dr. Howard Snapper is fantastic! I had been dealing with dysautonomia for the last 10 years. The past two years after finding Dr. Snapper have been the best ever. I have energy again and I no longer walk around in a fog and my symptoms have decreased so much I often forget I have it. I do not have POTS, but Dr. Snapper was able to pinpoint my Dysautonomia to my sympathetic nervous system as opposed to the peri-sympathetic and the medication he has used to treat it has made a world of difference. I got my life back because of this doctor. As for the other reviewer, I'm not sure what happened but I had previously been treated at the MVP center in Birmingham and they couldn't help me get any better. They were fantastic in diagnosing me at the initial, but they couldn't help me with my brain fog and the anxiety meds were killing me. Kept having to increase. Now I'm not even on them anymore. Snapper's test and diagnosis are newer and better able to pinpoint exactly what is needed. read more
