History

Established in 1990.

Our accounting firm was established in 1990 in Massapequa NY to provide efficient, expert solutions to businesses and individuals. In 2002 we added a second office more centrally located in Suffolk County NY to better serve our clients. As our Long Island businesses have grown, our firm has offered expert services at reasonable rates to meet the needs of the Long Island business owners. Our primary services include Accounting, Taxation, Bookkeeping , Incorporation and Business Consulting. We also offer a host of specialty services to cater to the unique needs of our clients. Our Owner and staff accountants serve a wide range of individuals, corporations, partnerships, and non-profit organizations and are experts in the accounting issues and tax laws that impact our clients. Meet the Business Owner: Howard C.

Howard S. Cohen CPA graduated in 1982 from Dowling College in Oakdale NY with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. While attending Dowling, Howard was fortunate enough to study under Professor George T. Foundotos (former President of the Suffolk Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants). Howard went to work at a small firm for a year and In 1983 he decided to move to a larger national firm, Robbins, Greene, Horowitz & Company in NY. Howard became Certified and moved up in the Company. Some of the clients he worked on were; Doctors Associates(Subway), Pall Corp., Garan (Garanimals clothing), Corning-ware, Elk Transportation, Oil companies, Machine shops, Manufacturers,Retailers and Restaurants. Howard left the large firm in 1990 and opened his own firm because although he gave his clients the best service possible, he believed his clients deserved more personal attention. Our goal is to help our clients be financially successful.
