As someone who listens to people all day long on what they want and don't want, I really look out when someone is listening to me for my wants and needs and the two times I've been here so far, I've gotten that. People who care about what I want and need and truly help me. I was immediately sold on a membership and for only $80 that's amazing. It would be nice if it was 2 credits a month but we can't get what we all want and that's fine because the professionalism and the actual work is more than enough. It was distracting and came across as very unprofessional. It honestly felt like she did not want to be there. The oil was so heavily fragranced that my skin became itchy afterward and felt irritated for hours. Because of how uncomfortable the experience was, I ended the massage after only 15 minutes. When I went to leave, instead of apologizing or asking what went wrong, the front desk staff started yelling across the business about how long I had been in the room so they could determine whether to charge me. In July 2025, I underwent that double mastectomy and chose aesthetic flat closure without implant reconstruction. I had been looking around the area for any modality that I could to help with the scar tissue and adhesions. It took until November 2025 before I found Thérapie Massage. I was booked with Shannon, and she has been a godsend ever since! I was visiting family and knew I needed to get this taken care of ASAP. I looked up spas that were close by and found Refresh Massage just down the street. They have a menu of services listed along with a note of which services they do not...it was amusing and disturbing that they needed to acknowledge these "requests." Sara came out and showed me to a clean, tidy room. I wasn't sure of which service I needed and after discussing it with her it was decided that the Focus massage would be the best. She did my neck and shoulders over a thin sheet which was not uncomfortable. Towards the end she did use some oil on my neck. She used the perfect amount of pressure for me and she was very kind. I found Jesse after several searches across the internet. He is located in the Yoga Sanctuary -- which Vegas is always surprising me with these hidden gems in places that look like office parks. I asked Jesse to focus mostly on my neck, upper shoulders/back, and lower back. He moved my muscles mindfully, massaging areas I didn't realize had tension or could even be reached.
