Roberta and her husband Juan, owners, were absolutely EXCELLENT! Roberta is extremely professional, with over 25 years of experience. She has impeccable taste, an eye for detail, and great design suggestions. Roberta guided us through the project, kept us informed at every step, and was ALWAYS available for questions. Everything was delivered as specked, before the estimated delivery date. Juan is also extremely professional experienced, and very knowledgeable of the mechanisms and installation. He has an eye for detail and is meticulous in measuring and installing. Juan personally installed and oversaw every detail of the installation, with his wonderful assistant Eddie. They were SO CAREFUL with our freshly painted walls and brand-new floors. They made sure everything was perfectly centered and leveled. BEAUTIFUL! The blackout blinds and 5% blinds are beautiful, the Somfy motors work great and are extremely quiet, and the linen curtains are spectacular. They absolutely delivered the clean and modern design we expected. Everything, even the van they transport the materials in, is top-of-the-line. The curtains and blinds look GORGEOUS!!!! The team is extremely professional, courteous, hard-working, and responsive. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, to the last detail. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them. So much so, that we may be adding to our existing order. Thank you XPO Blinds for guiding us through this process.
