The mean ass front desk lady
Desi N.

This is the worst experience I ever had . I went to take a Covid test I walked in and don't know what to do I walk to the lady at the desk and she's completely ignoring me till I finally decide to grab a clip board to fill out my information and she goes "ooo no you need to have me check you in first " when getting checked in she's very rude and fails to show proper manners and good customer service I understand you may hate your job but if you're simply not happy of what you do then maybe it's time to look for a new one when she asked me if it was self pay or company pay I told her I had insurance and she answered very irate and said "WE DONT TAKE INSURANCE!" Which I later found out wasn't true bc I had another person I knew go to this exact location and they tell me they did take insurance I definitely won't be coming here again here's also a picture of reference of the rude sorry excuse of the front lady attendant as well

my instructor AJ was very helpful and gave a lot of insight on the lessons never made anyone feel dumb for asking any questions and had a very comfortable learning atmosphere im greatful to have had an instructor like him they need more

BRING A JACKET! Even in the Texas summer heat, it's freezing cold in the classrooms. Also recommend bringing a drink/lunch/snacks.

Hi-Con Training

I recently trained with the Astronauts at the NASA Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory (Sonny Carter…read moreTraining Facility)! Actually, my recent BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) class was at one corner of the pool, while we got to watch 2 Astronauts train in 40 feet deep water below. If you look at a couple of the pictures, you can see them on the pool deck in the background. I was there because I had been asked to be part of an Audit team that might go offshore and this is one of the things that is required before I can do this.. During my most enjoyable 3 day class, I learned about TEMPSC (Totally Enclosed Motor Propelled Survival Craft) and other ways to escape off a ship, HUET (Helicopter Underwater Egress Training), and various other survival techniques including emergency first aid, fire fighting, and use of a gas mask in a dark and smokey building. The most challenging (and satisfying) aspect was being held upside down under water and having to escape to the surface. As such, 2 songs kept running through my head during this time: "Staying Alive" by the Bee Gees and "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor. The Class was presented by Hi-Con Training and the instructors were super and amazing to listen to and follow. And yes, I felt safe the entire time. My fellow classmates were pretty cool too, and the whole experience was a real eye opener to a world that I previously had no clue.
