WORST COMPANY - DISGUSTING HUMANS…read more Exactly the same issues as all the previous reviews - they came up as Maximus Cleaning Services, something completely different on the invoice... They ripped us off, charged over 500 more than was originally quoted and we couldn't change cleaners because it was the last day of the lease. We paid extra for oven cleaning, they didn't even do that. They should be put in jail - absolute scum bags.

We had a similar experience to Lily W.. We went through Max Cleaning Services, but our invoice had…read morethe Zets Cleaning Services logo on it, our cleaner was also called Monika, and the company is registered to the same address- a house in Footscray- so we are pretty sure it's the same company. But on the day they arrived hours late and attempted to charge us more than double the quote we had agreed. We managed to get it down but still had to pay way more than the original quote, and we really felt that they had taken advantage of us and the last-minute situation we were in. When they left, they left marks on the walls, dust still throughout the flat, and damp toilet paper in the bathroom.

But It got more expensive on the day after the cleaners arrived. They found reasons like the bathroom has soap scum and the oven is grimy, to increase the price further. So, they expect you to clean your house before their precious cleaners come to clean. The customer service team try to be really nice when you book with them, but you express your disagreement with the price increase, they ignore you and are unapologetic and you can sense arrogance as well in their tone. I am convinced that their other reviews are paid and fake, as I can't be the only one to be a victim of their misleading pricing policies. You will see a lot of reviews from people living interstate and overseas. I would steer clear of them.

Extremely disappointed with the scheduling practices and customer service of Fantastic Services…read more They sent completely conflicting time notifications across different channels (SMS stating one time, official app notifications showing another), which created total confusion. When their internal disorganization made it impossible to align schedules, they refused to take responsibility and unfairly slugged me with 100% cancellation fees for both an End of Lease clean and Pest Control. They have shown zero willingness to fairly resolve their own scheduling errors. Avoid this company if you want reliable and honest service.
