I emailed asking to schedule a tour and the guide got back to me within an hour or two and we got it scheduled for the next day. Reasonable price, this was more like a conversation about the house and family and how things have changed and evolved. This is unlike most of the other house tours I have done. They also provide sightseeing tours too. This trip our drivers have been Daniel and Jerry - both great and timely. Evidently the building is owned by the city and was damaged with Hurricane Ida, and the city has not repaired or taken any steps to repair the building.
