I've worked with her for years and have seen instances where some of her customers have neglected to read the contract or communicate clearly, then blame her for their misunderstanding to the point where they'll call her a scam artist and actively work to destroy her business. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Suzanne is SMART and a meticulous record keeper. More then that, she's kind and exceptionally talented.

I tried to message her on fb as well and am blocked. I left this review below because the photos were not edited well for the price. "If I am being completely honest there are a few things that could be improved. The photos weren't edited the best, the backgrounds are a little sloppy on a few. I added examples in comment of where they're filled in with a completely different color and it does not look professional or others that were edited weird. For $200 and the peacock chair I honestly would have expected better for professional photos. I also did not like that you only get about 30 edited pictures to choose from. I would prefer to see the 100+ raw photos we took and then choose which ones I want to be edited, you would also probably sell more that way. Most of the other photographers I have worked with do it this way." Instead of apologizing and offering to fix the photos she blocked me. This is not someone I would recommend doing business with. Be careful of this company there are multiple bad reviews in local fb groups that have had bad experiences.

I was working/living out of state and set up the appointment with her. Her photography and being able to capture candid moments is excellent. Her ability to help us recreate moments was top notch as well. I also liked how she was able to direct us on how to pose with the light and ocean waves. Communication was great as well. Considering I was put state and 2 hours behind we were able to make the reservation and everything worked out. I recommend Kellie as she was fantastic.

Let me begin with, we love Terry and Jaclyn! Our wedding on Labor Day weekend 2018 was a three-day…read moremulticultural event. It was a pleasure to have Terry and Jaclyn there to capture every moment. They are talented, caring, professional, thorough and fun! To state that my husband and I are camera-shy is an understatement. On the rare occasions we take pictures, let alone selfies it's a one and done situation. However, with Terry and Jaclyn, we were so at ease! At our first initial meeting, I felt I was talking to friends. They begin their process by asking us about our relationship - how we met, how we got engaged, etc. They wanted to know our story, not just the details of the wedding. Terry and Jaclyn are experienced and have a comprehensive knowledge with other cultures. It was quite refreshing not having to explain the ins and outs of Indian culture and what moments of the ceremonies we wanted captured. Their pictures, the video highlights and full length videos of the various days were of the highest quality. They captured every important moment and the emotions behind it. Everyone has commented on how well and how great of a job they have done. I wish them nothing but the best. We found not only great photographers, but amazing friends. Terry and Jaclyn will be my first and only call if and when we need their services again. To any future clients out there, book them! I promise you won't regret it!

First they met us at our home and we had a shoot with our Fur baby which was already a dream come true. They were so caring, so friendly, so professional, so talented, and just good people all around that made out that made our experience so much more special then it already was. They made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and that is not an simple task!! My husband and I are booking Terry James for literally ALL of our future events.
