Today when I went the one I was using had 17 bulbs out. That is a lot. Not sure about the other ones but that one was in need of new bulbs. The staff is always real nice and when I told the guy about it he said he had told the manager about so many bulbs being out but that so far nothing had been done. I now use the exercise equipment to and the machines are great. Please fix the bulbs in your tanning booths and bed.

I was there from around 5:15-5:45 and no one showed. I called and phones were not answered either. I got told by a gym member that no one was working. The gym looks nice but the staff issues is beyond astounding to me.

Someone recommended Bodyworks, and I was instantly hooked. They have lots of weighted machines, as well as two deadlift/ barbell platforms, 4 squat racks, good cable machines, a sled pull/push terf, and a punching bag/ martial arts area. They also provide TRX straps, a large studio classroom with various equipment, nice cardio machines.. and even a Jacob's ladder. If you're into tanning, they also have two booths. The facility is 24/7. Easy to get in, and out. If I was local, this gym would be home base. It's clean, the staff are nice, the music isn't too loud.. and noone is there to judge, just do your own thing.

The Stillwater YMCA has gone through extensive renovations over the past year and a half. They were…read morerecently taken over by the Greater Oklahoma City YMCA. This organization runs many of the YMCAs outside of Oklahoma City including the Mitch Park YMCA in Edmond. This has really given the Stillwater Family YMCA more structure and programming.The pool has been completely overhauled, new classes are being offered and all of the locker rooms have been remodeled. Childcare is available during certain hours so that parents can work out without expensive babysitters. The facility has added a youth room with AirHockey, Foos ball and other activities that provide fun. A new spin room provides classes and a fun and colorful setting. Children's sports have been greatly reduced in price often only requiring a fee for the Jersey required if you are a member. The professionalism of the staff has greatly increased. There are many new employees who are dressed and YMCA apparel, where are name tags, and I am truly impressed with the lifeguards on staff. If you didn't like the Y before 2018, I suggest that you give it a second chance. There have been many great changes and I am please to be a member of the organization.

Dropped in for Salt Therapy. I'd been having a cough that had lingered for almost 3 weeks with some…read moremild wheezing. Wow, such a Therapeutic relaxing environment! I spent 30 minutes in the room and was provided with some cucumber mint water for hydration. I left feeling like a new person and slept soundly... no middle of the night coughing spell! This place is AMAZING... The energy here is light and uplifting. The Decor is calming and motivating... I don't think i've ever felt so calm and motivated at the same time! Lovely Studio . I can't wait to return!!! Get my burn on in some of those Spin X classes!!!

Yes, the wods are tough and challenging. They definitely deliver on a well needed ass kicking every now and then. But what I love the most about RDCF is the community. Everyone is always warmly welcomed and we all quickly become like family. The coaches are all incredible as well. Every workout, no matter who is coaching, they show how much they care about everyone there. They put the time in to challenge you, help you achieve your goals but also keep you safe. Learning form is so important here and the coaches are beyond awesome at helping you improve if you're willing to put the work in. They help cater the workouts to meet whatever fitness level you're at to make sure you get the most out of your workout while also staying safe. I remember being terrified to walk in the door my first time. Being a petite woman with little fitness experience, I was so scared that I was walking into a class full of monster gym rats. I was completely wrong. There are of course some very fit people that attend and are amazingly inspiring but mostly, we're your everyday people coming in from all walks of life and ages just looking to better ourselves and stay healthy.
