A perfect hotel in the perfect location, the staff was awesome, we were bit of maintenance not…read moreknowing German customs or the language, they were very helpful. Right out the door is the Alten Brücke (Old Bridge) with a bunch of options for food and beverage. Within a couple of days, we felt like we were becoming a part of the neighborhood, hanging out @ the coffee shop, getting gelato after dinner, having some meals and bier while sitting out on the street watching people @ Vetters or Hackteufel. The food @ the restaurant which is quaint and charming was fresh and tasty as well. Thank you for taking care of these 2 high maintenance Americans.

The room is modern and comfortable - the bed is on the firm side but not too firm. The bathroom is awesome and has an incredible shower head. The only negative is no refrigerator in the room. The staff are very nice and accommodated any request. Much gratitude to Felix and Philip for making our stay so wonderful!

Stayed here for the first time last month and it was just perfect. The place itself is just a…read morebeautiful hotel and the rooms are a nice size and great size bathrooms. It has a great courtyard to sit and eat/drink. The staff is so nice and helpful. It is just a two minute walk to the Uni Platz or the Main Street and a five minute walk to the berg bahn. Will stay here again on our next visit to Heidelberg.
