We just checked into what is reported to be a five star hotel. At best I can say it is a one star…read morehotel. They have put us into a room next to the lobby bathrooms that is the size of a closet. There are NO other rooms on this floor. In fact rhe hotelnlobby bathrooms are exactly next to our door! Yes we have the lobby bathrooms and a staircase for guests exactly next to our door. We hear Everything! Is this a five star experience or some type of bait and switch as they advertised and I booked this "Executive Room". Maybe their management should look at what they call and charge for an "Executive Room". I doubt they care as that is the direct message they are sending tourists.
