The woman at the front desk was informative and was savvy of the area, providing us with a map and recommendations. Complimentary breakfast is served 7:30-10:30, including 2 coffees. Often times, the hot foods, like eggs and bacon, were not replenished throughout the morning, but if you ask nicely and in Italian, the server would offer to whip up some eggs. Breakfast includes 2 coffees, takeaway is also an option if asked. Lactose free milk is also available. Overall, very pleased with our stay at Badia Nuova!

The rooms are all a little different but all include a full kitchen, separate bedroom and bath. Some also have balconies. The room I was in had all the amenities you would want although I would have wished for a light over the work desk, more outlets to charge my various devices, and the shower was tiny. But the sheer size of the room made up for most of that. There is also breakfast included in the price which you have at the restaurant on the lower level. That had all the expected meats and cheeses, sweets and hot eggs and bacon. There is a lovely rooftop gathering space that I spent time in with a picnic lunch and a good book. The seagulls were flying over head, the sun was shining and a warm Mediterranean breeze was blowing . . . I was in heaven. While tourism isn't a huge business in Trapani today,this hotel is ready to take care of your needs if you come to this quaint town!

In addition, the room walls and ceilings that morning had insects on walls & ceilings. We checked out the next day promptly. Their were so many bites, had to take her to the doctor. We have traveled extensively & have never encountered such a horrible experience and have never had insects bites while staying in a hotel.. Do not stay here !!
