Their speciality is trout and also samlet from their own fishponds. You can enjoy it in almost any way of preparation: fried, baked, crispy, cooked, smoked or as a casserole. Very good, I tell you. Not to worry if you don't like fish at all: they do a couple of vegetarian and meat dish, too. Prices range from moderate to slightly expensive. The usual diner for Sunday lunch though would be about 65 and well-off. But it's still worth it.
