The homemade tagliolini with white truffles was good, but not quite special enough. The venison on the other hand was very good. Its side of cooked red cabbage had a burnt taste to it, though, which probably shouldn't have been the case. The desserts were less convincing than the main dishes. The panna cotta was too sweet, the mandarin orange slices dry and not juicy. The Valrhona chocolate dessert could have used some fine tuning: the mousse au chocolat didn't have the expected texture and the semifreddo tasted boring. To top it off we had an unclean wine glass. However, it was immediately replaced when we mentioned it to the waiter. I give it three stars since the raw materials were good, but the recipes could use some more love and precision.
