A really special stay and easily one of the most memorable places we experienced in Tulum.
From the moment you enter the property, the loby is spectatular, and befor you know it, you're walking along winding jungle paths that lead to the rooms, which immediately sets the tone, peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. The cenote on property is a huge highlight and gives you a built-in adventure without ever leaving the hotel.
The amenities were thoughtfully done. There's an adequate workout room, free bikes to explore the area, a community jacuzzi, and a swim-up pool that quickly becomes a social hub during the day. The whole place balances relaxation with just enough activity.
Our room was extremely comfortable with strong climate control (important in Tulum), a refrigerator, a large shower, and plenty of electrical outlets, a small detail that actually matters when traveling.
The staff was consistently friendly, and Joaquin deserves a call-out -- he helped us check in and we saw him throughout the stay always smiling and making sure guests were taken care of.
Wildlife adds to the charm too, if you're lucky, you might spot a coati wandering the grounds. My only negative, the mosquitoes welcomed me personally, I left with six souvenirs (bites!)
Between the atmosphere, the amenities, and the people, this was a genuinely special stay and somewhere we'd happily return. read more
