It's a great family hotel. The location was good. There is a small path to the slope (black slope only) right down to the gondola. There is a shuttle which only takes 3 min down to the gondolas. The childcare room was great! No story for the younger kids up to 5-6 years old I would say. There is also a small playroom with video games for the older kids. The pool area could be bigger especially in the busy season it can get pretty crowded. The family sauna was a great bonus. The Adult only spa was nice, it could have been a little more intimate with dimmed lighting and more spa relaxing music. Not heavy metal.... The breakfast menu was good with lots of options for big and small. Late lunch was great with delicious soups and dessert. Fresh tea would have been a nice bonus but they didn't have that available and the late lunch buffet. The room was newly renovated and was very comfortable. I wish they had small cloth towels and a better toiletry selection like shampoo and hair conditioner. Otherwise it was great for big and small. The service was nice and friendly but could have had a better attitude. This is for one particular person but who knows, everyone could have a bad day... We were ill informed about the location being ski on ski off, since it's only a black slope down option and a little bit of a walk. Overall recommend for a younger families. read more
