The female receptionist Virginia who helped us check in was very nice and professional, she said the hotel was fully booked the night before however she will call her associates to get it clean faster. We waited in the lobby for about an hour before she came to hand us the key for the room and said she had come earlier but we were all asleep ( we hadn't slept in 30 hours). The lobby was very nice and clean. The room was good size and the beds were comfortable including the pullout bed.

After 2 days of aunts (next day all over my luggage and clothes) I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. Despite the trouble, the hotel said it would not allow a discount, nor any other gesture to make up for the inconvenience. They have a "policy" against "refunds." Apparently a policy against customer service as well. Awful place. Additional. Says it has WiFi but it is always broken. I heard "my partner will fix tomorrow" 4 days in a row. Property in a bad neighborhood (graffiti and bars on windows on all buildings nearby). In the middle of nowhere. Even at the cheap price, better off staying somewhere else.
