Ravenna is a small sea city, and my friend and I planned a mini weekend trip to walk around the city of mosaics.
The hotel is aptly named, but like many establishments in the city, the hotel was small, quaint, and had an 80s feel to it (so, dated).
The room itself was clean and spacious. There were two beds, but one was an awkward queen size and the other was what seemed to be a mini pull-out! The bathroom was well-stocked with towels and nicely heated.
Our stay also included a buffet breakfast, but options are much more limited compared to what you expect from US breakfast buffets, and savory options are minimal--- a lot of brioches, sweet cakes, cereals, and yogurt! Savory comes in the form of hard boiled eggs.
Our stay in one room was 111 euros (we split the cost amongst the two of us). A bit on the pricey side in my opinion given the quality, but it's what was available. At least it was very close to the station!
Note: there is a coupon for 5 euros off attached to a Yelp check-in at this hotel, but they do not honor the coupon, of course...
