First of all I don't even know why this is called a Best Western. Anyway - our room was spacious and modern with every amenity we could want. Towel warmers, huge flatscreen AND apple screen, electric blinds and an audio system with speakers throughout the room and bathroom. The service was perfect with accommodating food for a late night check in, even on a holiday evening. How can I find some of their sweet chili sauce?? The breakfast had something for everyone and was delicious. Spa services were available but didn't use.

On the plus side the large Apple Mac TV/ Computers in the rooms look very good and are no doubt expensive. But they take some figuring out and are not quick to turn on and off. There also was no English language channel. The facilities in the room were basic and fairly tired looking, in fact while in bed you had no nearby light switch. The restaurant was good and well priced, but the bar had a smoking section, which allowed smoke to drift through to the non-smoking side and also meant a considerable detour to get a drink.
