I am IN LOVE with the sauna area and the killer view into the mountains. The saunas and steam rooms are textile free, so no bathing suits allowed. It takes some getting used to for foreigners, but it's really the best way to enjoy. I went to an "Aufguss", which means they keep the door of the particular sauna closed for a good 15 minutes while an employee adds scents and water to the hot stone inside and makes the whole room extra amazing and hot, hot, hot. Afterwards you can enjoy a nice plunge into the ice cold pool or rub yourself off with ice. They also have foot baths with hot and cold water to get your circulation going. An additional highlight was the cafeteria, believe it or not. Absolutely yummy foods like "Wurstsalat", "Currywurst" and the best soft pretzels I had during this entire trip. Will we be back? Hell yeah!

They give you a little watch which you use to enter and exit, you use it to pay for anything you purchase at the cafe and to lock and unlock your locker. It's quite convenient! I first checked out the warm pools and hot tubs. It was a cold and blustery day in Konstanz, but out in the warm pool, you couldn't really tell. I then went to the saunas and the warm pool up there. It was quite relaxing. A perfect retreat! I would absolutely recommend this spa and would definitely visit again.

I go offen to the swimming pool (2 - 3 times a week)…read more As I live in the city (almost in the city :) ) The Hallenbad City is very convenient. The lanes are 50 meter long ( what I prefer instead of 25 m). It is very well renovated. But a bit disappointed that it is overwhelming WOOOWW-architecture. And it took very long to renovate it... Appart from that I only gave 3 stars because it has limited lanes and it is always crowded. I tried 9:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00. I don't even dare to go in the evening after work ;) As all swimmingpools in Switzerland it is 1 big fitting room. So don't be to ashamed! Worth a visit, but don't forget 5 sfr for the lockers (they can not give you a coin). PS: Not really made for kids.
