I called and spoke with Stefan Nagy and verbally confirmed a room over the telephone. He asked that I send him an email with my credit card info to hold the room, which I sent within 1-2 minutes. A few hours later I get this email from him:

Dear Robert, thank you for the inquiry and credit card details, but you are 10 minutes to late, the room is not more available, SORRY.
I was not 10 minutes late, so I called back and happened to talk to another employee who said Stefan had later been able to book the room for one more night than I wanted, so he gave it to them instead.
Not a trustworthy or ethical operation IMHO. read more
