The gardens around the property are wonderful, the service is excellent, and overall it's a great spot in Fortín. We had an excellent breakfast at the restaurant here. I had the huevos tirados, a Veracruzano special and they were soooo good. They also brought us fruit and bread with their homemade jams, which included flavors like pineapple coconut, guava, papaya with pineapple, and strawberry. They were all so good but that pineapple coconut will sit in my memory forever - just, WOW. Such a great spot, highly recommend.

Beautiful at night with the lights on the "palacio" ... and with the Zocolo music everywhere, very festive. The hotels rates are very fair and there is enough space in the rooms to be accommodating, nothing too terribly special, but fine. Plenty of hot water.
