You'll be right next door to the Cathedral Basilica Menor Ave Maria and surrounded by shops, and restaurants. The staff at this hotel are AWESOME...they'll treat you as family. And the breakfast buffet that this hotel offers is very good...you can even get customized omelets, pancakes for us Americans. ;) Overall, the cafe has great service, and great food. You won't be disappointed at all! :) Recommendation: Come and stay at this hotel early December when the city starts to celebrate the Virgen de Guadalupe. The city comes to life every evening, there's food, live music, and none stop celebrations. It's awesome city to celebrate! :)

We were greeted with a shot of the house mezcal, very good and super cute. The agua fresca was amazing! The view of the volcano is awesome, we got to take lots of pictures, and they have a large play area for kids as well.

Suite 322 The reason…read moreI give two stars it's because The sink and sower was clogged, and on the beds if you move the bed moves and make noise "good thing I was on the second floor" Breakfast it's OK I will give 4 stars and 5 stars to the waitress very goos service on the restaurant I don't like the time I did the check out because I have to wait until they check the room to see if something is MISSING!!!!!WTF!!!! And last if I ever back to Colima this hotel it's not going to be in my list

We loved this hotel and its ammendities that we booked another night at this hotel.. If I ever catch myself in Colima again.. Ill definitely book this hotel again
