We have just spent three days at Les trios Barbus hotel. We found the hotel to be very well run, with pleasant well trained staff. The big surprise was the restaurant, we were offered the half board menu, The menue was well balanced. With an amuse bouch to start, followed by a beautifully prepared and cooked starter, main course and sweet. We could not fault the excellent cuisine. We look forward to returning again next year.
