Part of our suite two bedrooms a small kitchen and huge bathroom with separate shower and tub

This is our second time staying at this property. Very well located in lower old Quebec. Beautiful to walk through the narrow streets lined with historic stone buildings. Very comfortable room with a nice breakfast in the mornings. Parking is available off site a short walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful in getting around. Overall highly recommend if we come back we will definitely stay here again

Excellent location - super clean. Extremely helpful staff. We had a suite and it was modern and spacious. Cold European breakfast buffet was high quality and delicious. There is no onsite parking but there is public parking arranged by the hotel that is a short block away. The funicular is a great way to make it up the hill - then you can meander down the quaint streets at your leisure. Highly recommend this gem.

What a wonderful place to stay after a day of skiing. My friend and I were able to score the room with the private jacuzzi on the balcony. It was amazing and had tons of jets. The room was two levels, offing a nice retreat upstairs (sitting area, balcony, jacuzzi) and another sitting area downstairs. On our second night there, we downgraded to a room sans jacuzzi, however the hotel upgraded us to another suite. The room was a bit smaller and lacked the second level, but still was really nice and spacious. There was a nice jacuzzi tub and a wood-burning fireplace. The staff also moved our luggage for us while we were out skiing. The breakfast in the AM had everything you could ask for, including bacon, sausage, fresh flaky croissants, eggs, potatoes and delicious lattes and cappuccinos. The hotel was in walking distance to everything you'd want to see in Old Town. I would definitely return in a heartbeat. Two blocks away there was public parking available at reasonable rates. There is a hidden lot on Barricade and Dalhousie that charged 10CAD for overnight parking. The outdoor lot closer to the hotel charged 18CAD for about 8 hours.

Beautiful boutique hotel within the walled city of Old Quebec. The good: Friendly staff, full breakfast included (provided by highly rated on-site restaurant Toast), outdoor covered seating for restaurant, elevator, clean, modern, stylish, Nespresso machine in room, mini kit., TV in view of bed, great shower, extensive toiletries, plush robes & slippers. The not-so good: Cold water in jets of Jacuzzi tub (rm 302), not much of a view (but quiet!) and the hardest bed I have ever experienced. I asked for a feather topper and was provided with a mattress topper. I asked for a feather bed again the next night and was provided with a 2nd topper, neither helped. At all. It was like sleeping on the floor. Finally, the wettest scrambled eggs I've ever seen. Maybe that's a French Canadian thing as everyone else was digging in. Overall a wonderful experience, enough so that I will drag my own memory foam topper along next time.

Our Quebec home away from home! GREAT location, in the heart of Basse-Ville, near the shops in the Quartier Petit Champlain, and the Notre-Dame-des-Victoires Church (where one of the final scenes in "Catch Me if You Can" was filmed). The loft-type suites are pricey, but HUGE -- 1200 square feet, featuring a contemporary living room, working fireplace, and full kitchen. More apartment than hotel room! Staff is wonderful, fluent in English and French (as are most, if not all of the business people in Quebec City), and the hotel itself is sleekly designed, inspired by Phillipe Starck. Breakfast is available at Toast!, the on-site restaurant, but there are better options close by, including Le Lapin Sauté and Le Cochon Dingue.

If you're lucky enough to book the Junior Suite with Spa, you'll be in for an unforgettable (and affordable) experience. For the price of a typical hotel room in any major city generic chain hotel, you'll be treated to a unique two-story suite equipped with wood floors, a queen bed, a fireplace, lounge, and your own personal hot-tub right on your private balcony (except for the couple living across from the hotel that likes to spy on you). The clean, contemporary room is welcoming and cozy. A front closet keeps your luggage and coats away for your stay while personal umbrellas hang from the rods that come in handy on rainy days. The bathroom is clean and equipped with essentials and a fitting spa shower-head. A spiral staircase leads you to a lounge with a second bed and television looking out to your balcony. The balcony gives you a stunning overlooking view of the city that can be seen from your private hot-tub. Don't worry this hot-tub is clean and easy to use making it a breeze to relax in. Once you've woken from a comfortable slumber, you can head across to the main building where a large breakfast is served in the hotel's award-winning restaurant. Fuck traditional chain hotel continental breakfasts. Hotel Le Priori takes it up a notch by serving breakfast staples that are actually tasty and satisfying. The staff will make sure your coffee is topped up while you chow down on croissants, perfectly done scrambled eggs, and breakfast meats to fuel your body before exploring the city. Speaking of staff, Hotel Le Priori does a stellar job at accommodating their guests. They offered late night food suggestions, pizza orders, and even a cigarette while being polite and professional.

Second time here and after 10 years they still remember I was a customer here before. Free coffee, tea and water throughout the day and included breakfast is pretty decent! Rooms are pretty decent and trendy. If you have a group of 4, I suggest that you book a suite instead of two rooms. Lot more spacious and more fun features (jacuzzi, fireplace, living space etc)

Hotel Le Priori ...One of the most charming boutique hotels we have been to! I wanted to reserve dinner at "Toast" (with Chef Francis Pouliot) & decided to take a amazing package that includes a night in Le Priori! Best decision I ever made! Everyone is friendly & professional from the front desk (Vanessa) to management! Thank you for our Birthday wishes & our bottle of "bubbles"! If you can treat yourself... look at the hotel packages for a great marriage to a evening! Our birthday dinner at "Toast" did not disappoint! We supplemented our package to the 6 course tasting menu... EXCELLENT! After a 3 hour dining celebration we simply strolled upstairs to our super comfortable queen bed! It doesn't get much easier than that! As we are taping this review out we are again in Toast for breakfast (we can't seem to leave the hotel) before we go for a walk in Old Quebec! (Did I mention parking is part of our package so we have peace of mind!) The Location is amazing we will be back!

Just arrived earlier today for a short vacation with my sister and I am so Impressed with the friendly service, the amazing location, the reasonable price and the beautiful decor that I already know that I will be back again. Everyone that we have met, to include our taxi driver and wait staff at an off site restaurant has hone out of their way to make us feel welcome. We have dinner reservations at "Toast" for Monday night and we are so excited to have dinner in this beautiful, highly rated restaurant.

Absolutely one of our favorite hotel experiences. Their front desk ladies are EXCELLENT and very accommodating. They are so very nice! They sent champagne up to us to celebrate our anniversary which was so kind. We were in the building behind the lobby so the suites are spacious. The actual building is beautiful. So old European and quaint! They provide daily bottled water, coffee, and tea in their lobby. Their breakfast was a perfect way to start our day. Our room had a jacuzzi tub which was a relaxing way to wind down and end our days. We had an amazing experience at hotel Le priori and I don't want to stay anywhere else when we return to visit Quebec again!

The Chateau is an architectural gem. It is well worth your time to walk around the perimeter of this gorgeous building -- you won't be bored. The tour guide explained that the Chateau is a 5 Star hotel and everything must be perfect. Once inside, I saw chandeliers and window ledges caked with white dust. The "grand ballroom" reminded me of my high school all purpose room. We were warned not to touch anything because the grand ballroom was being prepared for an Easter Brunch. Two of the tablecloths covering the round guest tables had strange, yellow spots on them. If I return to Quebec in the future, I will stay at the Hilton which has a fabulous buffet breakfast that is reasonably priced and an equally fabulous view looking down on the Chateau and the old city.

It did not disappoint. We got a room upgrade to a lovely view of the castle and it even had a balcony. The breakfast at Chez Muffy was exceptional...the first morning it was so good I deemed it the best breakfast of my life (over a 1/2 century of living too). The only minor complaint we had was that we arrived late and the bar was closed. We were a little hungry so the front desk receptionist offered us some snacks from the mini bar. We should have realized these snacks would be mini bar pricing even though he handed them to us from the reception desk. $26 of chips and pretzels showed up on the bill! Our mistake. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again though. The bed was comfortable. The shower great too. And the service was very friendly.

The staff was friendly and courteous. What really impressed us was that they were able to lend us an AC adapter compatible with my wife's breast pump (forgot to bring) that's not even sold in Canada. This saved us a trip to Canadian Tire / Best Buy. If I ever find myself in Quebec City again, I will definitely book a room at Auberge St. Antoine.

This is a 125 hotel all day long except for its 15 minutes walking distance to the Frontenac Hotel which is about the same price right now. Don't get me wrong everything is insanely overpriced around here. This is Manhattan pricing. I think the whole thing is completely not worth it. The Frontenac is beautiful on the outside, but there's nothing really going on the inside and it's just surrounded by overpriced, mostly lousy, tourist trap restaurants. I would spend a day here that's it there's not much else to do if you are active. Overall, I'm very disappointed at the hotel and the area in my opinion was a complete rip off. The area was nice by the Frontenac, but all of the tourist trap restaurants and T-shirt and sweatshirt gift shops just ruined it for me. Decent walking if you are into hilly areas, pretty to see once but more of a one and done after a day. All of the videos I watched on this place and the area I feel deceived. It was not that interesting at all and not worth it in my opinion. I'm bummed out it was a waste of a lot of money and a lot of time getting there for a crappy hotel and a lot of bad food and average coffee at unfriendly coffee shops. By the way this hotel has no lobby coffee, no water or snacks whatsoever. Some nights are 500 even $600 a night here. As much as I hate Holiday Inn expresses they are far better than this hotel. This is just a basic no frills place and you can't even adjust the room thermostat. Apparently it's controlled by management so you have limited access if at all some evenings it was shut off completely. This should be illegal at this price range. Again you need your head examined if you pay this price here. I only did because I was deceived by overhyped reviews. A lot of hotels in area are same price but from the little I saw of them they appeared to have a more luxury vibe compared to this low end b&b type vibe here. Oh and by the way, they gave me parking passes for a lot across the street. I displayed all of them in my windshield and I was still given a ticket by a cop in this parking lot that was $92 found on my windshield. If I say I'll never be coming back it would be too soon.
