I then…read morefound out the second night of my reservation was cancelled, even though my booking agent has a confirmation from the hotel. The manager then proceeded to yell at me that they have no rooms available the second night and there is nothing they can do. I then checked into the room which was quite dated and which has a lot of street noise.
