We really appreciated the fact, that most products such as the meat, the cheese, wine etc. are delivered from local/regional providers and are fresh and of high quality.
The gourmet menu allows guests to compose a meal of 3-6 courses for a very fair price, even if you choose the option with the matching wine to accompany each course.
The restaurant is only let down a bit by the fact, that the à la carte menu seems over-priced in comparison to the gourmet menu.
Highly recommendable, but choose wisely if you don't want to pay a fortune ;-)
