For Americans, you should note that there is no AC , but you can request a fan at the front desk. My room was large, even though it was a single, so large in fact that I don't understand why it didn't have a queen or king size bed.
There is a decent Italian restaurant on site, but the wait staff can be a bit dismissive to downright rude. Although I found the bartenders more delightful.
The free WiFi is nice and easy to use. I never turned the TV on during my week long stay, so I cannot comment on selection or service.
Overall I found the staff helpful, however Boris is a standout at the front desk. He was eager to make dinner reservations and call for taxi service.
You should note that there aren't many options for dinning so if you don't take the bus or have a rental, taxi service into the City Center and the train station will cost you 9-12 euros and none of my cabs took credit cards.
