Double bed was hard along with pillows. Made for a not pleasant nights sleep.
Couch bed was pulled out and made up for our girls when we got there. Yay! Very happily surprised when we walked into that.
Hotel had a small ice machine on 0 floor next to the elevator.
Inside hotel was clean and quiet. Dennis on desk when we checked in was super helpful and friendly! And this morning when we checked out the Girl was friendly, Kasia I think her name was.
Breakfast was a European breakfast which is still taking some getting used to for us Americans. Room temperature ham and cheese, yogurts, a few cold cereals to choose from, croissants, chocolate crosswinds yesterday that were the best! There is a pancake machine in the back corner, the the adjoining room. Hot drink machine, tea bags, 3 juices, 2 milks, and water for the drink options.
Hotel doesn't seem to be in the best area but we have definitely stayed in shadier areas. Overall, we were happy. Got a great deal on IHG.com and will keep this hotel in mind when coming back.
If driving yourself then it was pretty easy to get to the chocolate museum parking garage which is where we parked for the day. Parking was €10 per night. We paid it up front and then when we left they scanned our ticket so we could leave the parking lot.
