We did not stay here but wanted to give a review entirely based on the service we received from their front desk staff. We ended up with a tough situation wherein we arrived at our hotel down the street and the doors locked us out. The front desk staff at Hotel Hirschen were incredibly kind to not only provide us with a place to store our bags, but also provide us with guidance to get to the Alpine Coaster and even provided us with a little snack for the journey. They really made a bad situation a wonderful one when they had nothing to gain from it. That is why they deserve 5 stars. The hotel looks pretty great as well! read more
