On the day of the arrival, we learned that the reception would be closed by the time of arrival (just after 8pm). I had not expected this, as the hotel has a (great!) restaurant so I did not see this coming on a Sunday night. It was a bit of a nightmare to get the key organized. The visuals of the hotel are really nice and we enjoyed their restaurant, but I am skeptical if I would book this hotel again.
