This place is the real deal!!! From the drivers to the housekeepers.... Pepe, Marika , Mariana, Gianpiero, Gaia and all the front of the house staff incredible. Do yourself a huge favor and SKIP dinner in Center Capri!!!! We ate at the Hotel after a couple bad experiences (overpriced/ terrible service and served me a sea bass stew... raw ) in Center Capri. Food here is incredible, close to the port, excellent driver/ VW iD3 shuttles at a moments notice. Infinity pool is decorated with ancient Roman statues. Breakfast is amazing everyday too! Very romantic Highly recommended this spot in Capri!!!

Dreamy! I stayed in room 24 which I think is a standard room but still came with a balcony and jacuzzi overlooking the sea. This is the place you want to take amazing photos that make your friends put Capri on their bucket list. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, the bed was super comfy and even the pillows were perfect. The mural above the bed was exquisite. The breakfast buffet offerings were mostly organic, even some olive oils. Oh, try the caciotta and buffalo ricotta cheeses with one of the honey. The car service takes you where ever you need and arrives to pick you up in minutes. They helped book and purchased my ferry ticket and I paid the driver in cash. My only complaint? That I didn't stay longer!

The staff here definitely deserves 5 stars! Every single employee is beyond hospitable and super nice! However, the hotel itself falls short in some areas. Yes, it has a certain quaintness to it. It's over a 100 years old, I get that--but a small facelift wouldn't hurt. The rooms are on the small side. We were stepping over our luggage constantly, and had to place one on the lounger, so it defeated the purpose of having one in the room. The shower gets clogged. The toilet is a tidal wave in your face upon every flush. The balconies aren't really very private--you can easily see into several people's balconies in plain view. The private jacuzzi is a bit outdated. That said, everything needs a bit of an upgrade. You have to log into the wifi on a constant basis--seems like a hundred times a day. There are several positives, including the outstanding employees. The breakfast is phenomenal--eggs any way you want, cooked to perfection! It's a little buffet with an assortment of items that'll satisfy almost anyone. The views are outstanding from the upstairs deck and private balconies. It's easy access to the marina and town make it an ideal location.

Our stay at Excelsior Parco was very relaxing and beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to tend to all of our needs and requests from the moment we arrived in Naples airport. Gaia was very helpful and always working to accommodate. read more

We had the loveliest stay at Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco this week. Our room had great natural lighting, was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. A few more highlights of our stay were the complimentary transportation to both the city center and the port, which added great convenience; the delicious and healthy breakfast; and the beautiful garden. My favorite part of our stay is the top-notch customer service! Everyone is exceptionally attentive and friendly, especially Gaia and Buddika. You guys are awesome! I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service and thoughtful amenities. Thanks for making our vacation in Capri the best experience! :) read more

Stumbled upon this. Had a less than ideal experience down the street, came here and they welcomed us in for a cocktail in their gorgeous garden, even though we weren't guests. Also helped us get a ride back to Capri when we struggled to find a taxi. Would recommend their kind service to anyone on the island. read more

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Capri! The hotel is a small, 11 room, historic home which is in beautiful condition. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by a friendly host who offered us a beverage and snacks while we checked in. Despite being several hours early for check in, we were given a tour of several available rooms to select from - each was excellent with views overlooking the sea and well furnished rooms. We of course selected the corner suite which is the largest room in the hotel featuring a very large balcony overlooking the ocean with a private hot tub. Each morning we had breakfast (which was complimentary), on the balcony which may be the most memorable part of our week long trip to Italy. The hotel went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. This included a private car for transport around the island, providing us with water bottles every time we walked out the door, a bottle of Champagne in our room, restaurant and activity bookings, umbrellas when it was raining - they had really thought of it all! read more

We did 3 nights here on our way to Amalfi during our honeymoon. The location is great, another reviewer said that its "kind of middle of nowhere" but it's not. You can actually see the hotel from the marina. It is walking distance down to the marina but with your luggage it's kind of a hike. The hotel will send a (free!) car to take pick you up. The shuttle will also take you down to the marina and up to the town of Capri. It won't take you to the other side of the island (Anacapri) but you can take the bus from town. We walked from the hotel up the hill into town and back down twice, it's not that bad but watch out for mopeds! It is a small hotel, it's cozy. The wifi is terrible. I actually crept downstairs to the lobby to see if it would work better and it did but I had to sit on the steps next to the elevator. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL. We tipped them all individually when we left Capri because they were just so amazing. All the men that work in the dining area are so friendly and incredibly accommodating. I wish I had encountered staff like that in every hotel we stayed in during our 3 week stay in Italy. read more

From the moment we arrived we were treated with the absolute best service imaginable. The manager quickly sat us down out in the Garden where we were promptly served Wine and snacks. The Manager explained the Island of Capri and gave us dinner and other island recommendations. We then were given a tour of the property and we asked if we could relax on their rooftop veranda while our room was being preparedand again, the hotel quickly brought up a bottle of Rose'. During the entire stay, the food and beverages served at the hotel were perfect. The food and beverage Manager Marino Peppe always displayed the utmost professionalism while delivering service with a touch of kindness and caring. The hotel also has a car service available for patrons which was invaluable during our stay. The driver Aminda, has a wonderful personality and was a pleasure to talk with. read more

Definitely a great experience. The one thing that stood out here was the service. Everyone was very attentive and really did a great job of making us feel welcome. They have a free shuttle that will take you to the port or the capri center. The breakfast was also very good and you have the option of having it in your room too free of charge. You just call ahead and order. We also had a balcony with a jacuzzi that was fantastic. Very relaxing to just lounge in the jacuzzi after a long day out and about in capri. Awesome place. read more

Every aspect of our stay at the Villa was excellent. Of course the building and the grounds are beautiful, and the food and drink were wonderful. However, the staff is what really makes this place special. I have stayed at a lot of nice hotels in many parts of this world, but I have rarely felt as pampered as I did at the Excelsior Parco. If you are going to Capri, you should stay here. Period. read more
Stayed our one night here in Capri. Location is kind of middle of nowhere, between the marina and between Capri town. What's great is that they have a shuttle service that will take you to either places so it isn't bad at all. The driver was excellent. Staff was very friendly as well and Viviana was extremely polite and helpful. The property is beautiful as well. Only disappointment was the room that we had. It was a loft room and to be honest, I didn't like it at all. The second level where the bed is pretty close to the ceiling and my head was very close to touching the ceiling especially in the shower. The room just felt very claustrophobic. Unfortunately, it's a small hotel with only 11 rooms and there wasn't anything else available. For the price of staying here, that was a bit of a let down but we still found the hotel to be great overall. I'd definitely stay here again, just would confirm not getting a loft room. read more

We stayed for 6 nights in this hotel! The service and the attention of the staff is exemplary! The breakfast buffet and the additionally offered dishes leave nothing to be desired. The coffee selection is comprehensive! Even the evening visit to the restaurant is recommended. Very relaxing is the bathroom in the jacuzzi! Especially pleasant is the shuttle service, which works great. We would be happy if we could manage to visit this hotel again. read more
