Wöchentlich wechselnde Menüs, Weine aus unterschiedlichen Regionen und Schnäpse ausschließlich von Winzern oder kleineren Destillerien, damit bieten wir unseren Gästen ein Genuss-Erlebnis der besonderen Art. Gekocht wird im Bacchus wie zuhause für Freunde. Beste Zutaten, frische Zubereitung, raffinierte Rezepte. Es soll nicht nur gut schmecken - es soll stets ein neues Erlebnis für unsere Gäste sein. Und was Irmi kocht, steht nur in wenigen Lokalen auf der Speisekarte - typische, traditionelle Gerichte aus Bayern, Deutschland und Europa. Vorzugsweise aus Regionen, wo man auch einen guten Wein zum Essen schätzt. Ca. 190 verschiedene Rot- und Weissweine, Roseweine, sowie Sekte und Champagner werden im begehbaren Weinkeller gelagert. Es sind ausschließlich Weine aus den klassischen Weinbaugebieten Europas - und viele Winzer und deren Betriebe kennen wir. Jürgen legt dabei Wert auf Weine von unterschiedlichen Weingütern. Die Vielfalt steht im Vordergrund. Und im Schatzkästchen-Regal haben wir Kultweine von Spitzen-Winzern - für besondere Anlässe!

A nice hotel. Clean rooms, fast internet, awfully small TV set in a large room (could not really…read morewatch TV from the bed, had to sit on a chair on the desk). Other than that: nice. The staff attitude: needs improvement. Serious improvement. On check-in, I made sure we stayed two nights, not three, and that we would pay our own (the concert promoter booked the room). I dictated the invoice address - a painful process. On check out, the bill was for three nights, the billing address could not be corrected because "the hotel owner is on holiday". That aside: the attitude was .... Everything was my fault. I liked the hotel. Though I question that I would ever return. By the way: a local journalist recommended to ask the service to be low on sauce. It's always too salty. He was right.
