YIKES! This place is…read moreabysmal! I went straight from Sao paulo airport so I was pretty tired. The reservation desk first couldn't find my reservation. When I should the confirmation, she went inside and came back after 20 mins and started making calls. It took them almost 2 hours for them to find the reservation and check me in! The rooms are modern and decent but the room service is even worse then reservation desk. On top of this there was jam almost every single day to get into the hotel parking lot and on 2 days we spent almost 45 mins to get the parking lot. The only good thing was breakfast bar and the servers there who were really helpful and quick. Hence 2 stars otherwise I would give -1 to this place! This was really annoying stay and I definitely would not recommend staying here!

Not a bad hotel. This is probably one of the more modern hotels in Sorocaba. It's located right…read morenext to a shopping mall and 2 supermarkets (Extra on one side and a Carrefour on the other side). The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are pretty big. They also do have smoking rooms. Parking is free and there is on site parking as well as valet. The staff speak english so you can communicate with them. There is a small gym and a swimming pool. There is a free breakfast is served in the morning. Breakfast is average at best.. The only problem is the internet. You need to enter in a password each time you want to get access to internet and you're only allowed 2 passwords per person. So you can only connect to 2 devices. Also, the internet does not always work and is can be really slow. The internet is set up so everyone connects to the same system. It's not done by floors so if the hotel is packed, good luck trying to get online.
