This is a review of the restaurants at this hotel. There are two restaurants in this hotel right next to each other, and both bar access to the beautiful lake view which has frequent sailing boats channeling around.
The menu prices are average/reasonable and the service is very good. We decided not to order from the gourmet 5 course menu (which was around ~100 francs) and opt for the a la carte. The selection was small yet diverse and the food was quite tasty.
The entrecôte, club sandwich (perfectly sized so you can actually eat with your hand w properly portioned chicken and bacon) and mixed salad (with an excellent touch of carrots in light vinegar sauce, corn, and fresh green lettuce) were all in very good portion and quality.
Wedding parties are quite common at this restaurant and with the gorgeous summer view of the lake I can see why anyone, who is seeking a beautiful refuge over a meal and view; would come here. A 45 minute-ish drive from Zurich, as Adam Sandler would say, not too shabby. read more
