They have recently upgraded the Wi-Fi network and it is fast, although I believe there is now a limit on the bandwidth used. A delicious breakfast is included, and I highly recommend it. The owner is on site and is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a short drive from the Hannover airport. If you are coming by train from city centre, it will take you about 20 minutes. The hotel is walkable from the train station, although if you have a lot of luggage you should probably take a taxi. In addition to the hotel restaurant, there are several other good restaurants within a couple of blocks. One time when I stayed here, I had to catch an early train because I had several connections to make to get to Frankfurt. When I mentioned this, they prepared my breakfast to go since I had to leave before the usual time. I thought this was very nice, especially since it was offered to me without asking, and there was no extra charge. When I stay here, I feel like I am with "family".

There were…read moreonly a few things that kept me from rating it excellent: the beds were like foam bricks (good for some, not for me), the pillows were flat, it was a bit noisy, the shower needed tightening, and the wifi didn't work unless you were in the doorway (the router was right outside the door) which was likely just a location issue. We did not partake in the buffet, but we heard very nice things about it and it was fairly priced over some hotels with the room discount. In the middle of the night the waitress wakes us up and accuses the company I was with and mine of stealing her wallet. We told her this was a mistake and we would have no reason to steal her wallet. We don't need her money. Then at midnight she came back to our room and all of the other rooms under the reservation with the police . She still accuses us of stealing her wallet without any evidence. When we asked them to check the cameras they couldn't. Sure enough week three and the sheets are still the same. Two maintenance guys with out id tried to come in the room and check the painting above the bed. I called BS on that and kicked them out. Called the frount desk and sure enough they were with the Hotel. Two 1 inch bugs in my room today. Ironing room, yes room you have to go to, to iron your shirt. Every hotel I've ever stayed in for the last twenty years has always had an iron and board in it. And no this is not the firs time Germany, its my fourth trip intwo years. And my fault for not first checking the iron.....black mark on the white shirt i wanted to wear to meet the CEO tomorrow. Parking is terrible, 120 Euro for three weeks and every day i have to ask for a ticket to get out. When i come back at the end of the day i have to hunt for a spot. For a 120 euro I WANT MY OWN SPOT! The king bed is two singles pushed together. Three weeks, no fridge, no microwave nothing. Went to restaurant once, er walk away, no one came to seat me for 15 minutes. Please for the love of god stay some where else if you can. I'm stuck do to work related reasons.
