This restaurant came highly recommended by our tour guide for our final dinner in Istanbul. Situated on the 9th floor of the Arcadia Blue Hotel, as the elevator doors opened, we were greeted by breathtaking views of the ocean, the Blue Mosque, and the Hagia Sophia. The ambiance left us all in awe. The attentive waitstaff were ready to serve us, and to expedite our dining experience, we had pre-ordered our meals, which were promptly brought to our table. Upon the tour guide's recommendation, we chose a bottle each of white and red wine, and we were impressed by the selection. The diverse array of dishes we ordered--featuring beef, chicken, seafood, and lamb--were all superbly complemented by the wine. To top it off, we were treated to complimentary Turkish black tea with our dessert, which was equally delightful. Although the wine was a bit pricey, the overall experience, including the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the service, made it well worth it. If given the opportunity in the future, I would certainly consider staying at this hotel to further explore Istanbul. read more
