We've been here before and booked another trip for summer well in advance. 2 weeks before arrival…read morethe Arosa Hotels simply cancels our stay due to a low booking situation. They don't offer adequate alternatives or any compensation. The rules (AGB) of the booking do not allow for such as cancellation but they don't care. Any letters of complaint, ask for rebooking in another Arosa Hotel, compensation is ignored by the Hotel. This really is the worst summer vacation experience we ever had. We were not able to find any other adequate hotel for the summer so far and have to deal with an attorney now against Arosa. Stay away from Arosa Resorts if you do not want to be treated this way and be cancelled out by them shortly before your desired trip begins!
