The staff were respectful but the process was very confusing. As a long standing Marriott member, I would not recommend to others as they don't live up to the expectations of Marriott. They overcharged me for the rooms I reserved and were not willing to address my concerns.

My party had to repeatedly ask for refills of water and every beverage. There was no checking in to see if we were ready for another drink or to simply refill water glasses.
