Update:) it rained 2 days after our wash may 4th! We had to…read moredrive to Orlando after the rain , but roads were a mess! When we arrived at our new site we just wiped off the right side ( more dirt and mud from the rain because in an RV focus on staying in the slow lane) Anyways like I was saying, we just wiped it off with paper towels and a little bit of water and the rig is very clean! So I really recommend getting a wash with the spray that was a little bit extra and worth it. I think they called it a ceramic sealant. It's not a true ceramic wash, but it was really good. - Everything from making the appointment to the end was so easy. My class C looks great! Price was fair . I'm moving to camp at a different location, so I'll see how long it last . Thanks for cleaning her up!!

April 16 & 18 2025…read more I asked for a wash and hand wax. I was quoted $235 for a 19 foot Mercedes sprinter high top. Because it's a class RV the was no waxing to be done on the roof. (Solar panels, Starlink, A/C and full Roof Rack) the roof area is close to 25% of the total vehicle area. So he sends Francis to do the job and it was not a good job by any stretch I had to show him over and over missed areas. Almost the entire driver's door and front fender were rough to the touch, Francis felt it was water spots, And I guess now when they say water spots, they mean For a long time and it really is hard on the paint finish. That was not the case of my Van o2024. It had less then 2500 miles on it. Anyway, I had lengthy discussion with Francis, later Norm. All I wanted was the van washed and hand waxed. And then, in the future I could use Ceramic. Well, I spent $325 for the hand wash and hand wax. $75 For the trim to be coated three times with their Chemical guys brand stuff. And then on the second visit to correct all of the problems with the first visit I was offered by the $600 Polished job for $200. So a total of $600 I paid and the van still had missed spot that you could take a cloth and wipe off so it's just not paying attention to detail while detailing. There were still areas that looks like they were just missed. The driver side door did come out much better when they used a little buffing machine that you would have thought they would use in the first place if they saw that they were wiping over an area And it wasn't just coming off with minimal pressure because they don't believe in elbow grease at Nomad. I'll tell you that. They washed my tires and wheels and put tire shine on them and missed many areas even after going over them twice. And the tires were not shiny certainly not the shine they were in October when I pick the unit up. About every product and process Nomad Wash And Detail uses is substandard and flawed. 3 coats of the chemical guys trim stuff is terrible, And of course, there are missed areas and of course it doesn't last. When I had the discussion with Norm and was explaining that all I wanted was a hand wash and wax like wax on wax off the way I used to do it using the can of Canuba like California Gold or one of those. Norm stated "can wax is a 75 year old technology" The thing, you can't argue with results, or lack of in this instance. Anybody who cares about the work they do could wax my van with turtle wax paste and it would've been far superior to what I got from you guys for $600. Nomad Just seem to be full of themselves like they are and all experts to detailing when in fact, they are terrible at detailing and certainly black professional communication skills with customers. Nomad Wash And Detail is a substandard detailing company grossly overpriced considering the end results. Norm was quick to say he didn't charge you for something, in this case water spot remover. Well, you shouldn't because they didn't need water spot remover. I just needed a little bit of proper waxing or polishing. And since I paid for a waxing and days later a polishing. What next you gonna tell me I need a paint correction? Mercedes paint is inferior? Blame and excuses rather than take responsibility for Nomad Wash and Detailing SHORTCOMINGS. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND TOLD THEM IN THE LAST TEXT ADVERTISING TO LOOSE MY NUMBER. This review may be updated from time to time If necessary.

All 4 of my door windows have specs of dirt that is very visible stuck in the tint and one window has bubbles in the tint. I was charged extra for how the cut had to be made for the back window of my car and the tint looked like a 5 year old cut it. I waited a couple of weeks to see if the bubbles would work their way out and when they didn't, we called to get it fixed. The guy had me bring the car up and I pointed out the issues. He said to call on Monday for an appointment. We dropped my car off again the following week to ge the issues fixed. We got there and they did fix the tint piece that was hardly visible and the jagged cut on the back window, but didn't fix any of the problems on my 4 door windows which are the most visible! 1 window now also has a scratch through the tint where the guy was trying to argue about the bubbles and scratched the tint rubbing his nail on it. For $350 I expected perfect tint on my vehicle. Inside Out does terrible window tint work and has awful customer service. Oh and when you pick your car up, you will be able to smell the cigarettes that the installers smoke and you can't even put your windows down to air it out since there's wet tint. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Absolutely terrible experience with Mi Pana Window Tinting…read more These guys were referred to me by Top Dog Mobile Detailing South, so I expected professional work and good customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was shockingly bad and completely amateur. Immediately after the windshield tint was installed, there were two large bubbles in the film. They returned the same day to fix those bubbles, but that was only the beginning of the problems. Afterward, I noticed severe visual distortions throughout the windshield tint, distortion on the front passenger window, and even a small scratch on the windshield itself. The windshield became distracting and uncomfortable to look through while driving. The overall tint job looked rushed and unprofessional. I have had multiple vehicles tinted and ceramic coated over the years, and this was by far the worst money I have ever spent on any tinting or ceramic coating service. The workmanship was nowhere near professional quality. The windshield tint especially looked like an amateur installation rather than work done by an experienced company. When I contacted them about the distortions, I was told they would "go away in about a week" and that I should not park the car in the sun for at least four hours after installation. Nearly a week later, the distortions were still there, so I reached out again. Instead of taking responsibility, I was brushed off and told they had other appointments and would "get to it when they can." The following day I asked for an actual timeframe so I could make myself available, and without any notice they suddenly texted saying they were already a few minutes away from my house. I was over two hours away at work because no appointment or time had ever been scheduled. At that point the owner completely changed his attitude and started blaming me for their defective work. He falsely claimed I caused the problem by moving the vehicle too early and not following instructions. That is completely false, and I have video footage proving the car was never moved during the required period. Instead of standing behind their work, they chose to lie, deflect blame, and argue with the customer. To make matters worse, they then told me to personally remove all of the windshield tint myself, record a video of it, and only then would they consider giving me a refund. That is one of the most unprofessional responses I have ever received from a business. Mistakes can happen with any tint job. What matters is how a company handles those mistakes. Mi Pana Window Tinting showed poor workmanship, amateur installation quality, zero accountability, dishonesty, and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value your vehicle or expect professional-quality work.

The hours of operation have changed; they're 9 - 5:00 rather than 8 - 4:00. I wanted to love this place. I thought I would after reading some online reviews. I was disappointed. I called a few days ahead to schedule an appointment for a full detail; I needed a shop that could get pine sap off my vehicle as so few businesses are capable. I made that clear during that phone conversation. Upon dropping off my vehicle, I spoke w/ the manager-- I stated again that sap removal was paramount. I received a call 3.5 hrs later that my car was ready. Upon retrieving it, it was evident only the wet sap had been removed. I was informed by the same manager that they didn't dare touch the dry sap for fear of harming the paint. The only problem is that I specifically brought it in for sap removal & none of the easy-off dry sap from the windshield/windows had been removed even though no paint was involved. (I later used my fingernail to remove the three large droplets.) EVEN though they cleaned the inside & outside VERY well, I wasted $50 on a detail because I now need to take it to someone else. Additionally, since Day 2, the car STINKS! Today I pulled up a floor mat; its underside was covered in beaded water. (It was dripping wet.) The interior carpeting is still very wet days later, which is behind the rancid smell. Apparently, this business does not utilize fans to help w/ the drying process. Again, I wanted to love this small business that appears to employ many laborers, but I simply didn't. Even if sap is not a concern for a car owner, the wet carpeting should be.

The other job fell through and he called to say he could check my problem as he was near my location. After returning to my rig Ryan was able to inspect the overall condition and made recommendations as to what needed to be done and the possibilities of being able to accomplish said recommendations. The first appointment he had was in ten days. I informed Ryan I was leaving the area in seven days or less. He found a spot if other jobs could be completed in a timely manner by working on a day when he's normally closed. Although it had rained all night a small window of opportunity arrived and Ryan and two crew members arrived and immediately set to work. Three and a half hours later everything that could be accomplished was done proficiently and expertly. The oxidation problem was too severe to be buffed out but was looking much better.(a paint repair will be needed) Although a light rain was starting again the job I was looking for was done and my motorhome was sparkling again. I'm confident with the wax job the water will just slip off and look fantastic afterward. So in closing, Ryan and his expert crew were able to 'git er done' under limited time restraints from the weather and my leaving the area. Thanks fellas for your excellent work. Lookin good.
