He double checked our work AND inspected our HVAC unit for NO CHARGE. He is thorough and explains things well in addition to having excellent people skills. I had ordered one of the new smart thermostats and was having a lot of trouble installing it. Looks like there were faulty wires in the system. We called hot to cold to come out and help us and they made an appointment for the following day. With the help of tech-support, I was actually able to get the thermostat to work but totally forgot about our appointment until they were knocking on the door! The technician was completely understanding and even help me to clean up the wiring I had done and explain the situation to me more clearly. He checked our AC outside and didn't charge us anything.
