Pessimo atendimento. paguei 135 euros por jma consulta na emergencia e mais 150 de caucao. infra estrutura muito bonita mas atendimento horrivel. tres horas de espera. Quando finalmente atendido o medico queria por para fora do consultorio em 5 minutos. Nao ouvia, nao se interessava. Stay away from here!!! Their billing/administration departments are unethical, incompetent, irresponsible, unresponsive and dishonest. They double bill insurance and patients at the same time, instead of submitting their claims first and waiting for reimbursement, as it's customary in every other country in the word. They ignore emails with requests for refunds with proof of double payment. They sent me threatening letters with litigation for claims my insurance had paid. I've tried for almost a year to resolve this and they continue to ignore my emails and send invoices for services I don't owe. Stay away!!!! read more
