The main problem we experienced is the home health aide. The first one they sent was absolutely hopeless; she was not personally clean; she wasn't physically able to care for the patient, and she did not clean up after herself. They said they had no one else available. A very unpleasant experience for a dying patient..... Also No health aide was available any weekend. read more

Chose this hospice because said you can call nurse anytime someone will be there in 15 minutes to half hour needdd to call nurse 2x no one piceked up phone first second time waited over 2 hours for someone to come they basically do nothing . When we spoke to nurse at hospital they told us someone will come to house to give mother a haircut when we asked for that service they said they no longer provide that service basically hospice is a business and hospital will offfer you plenty of hospice options so they are all competing for your business this all happened in 4 days no social worker came either if I could give this 0 stars I would just take your loved one to a hosipital they will have be more comfortable this hospice thing is a scam the patient comes last all they want is insurance money read more

The Hospice Care Network told me that my 99 year old mother with dementia and COPD and who can't perform any of life's daily activities would live another 8 years and rejected her. My mother's doctor recommended hospice care, but their doctor did t even see her. Just looked at a chart and spoke to a nurse who had her head in the dirt. An ostrich would have a better perspective. I would warn anyone thinking about going to them that they will waste precious time. This is not a caring service with experienced nurses. Awful. I would give them a zero rating. read more
