After I initially bought my truck back and asked them to run it through its paces , they did and said it was running fine, Just a reminder, I had a $5000 repair done two years ago, but I had less than 20,000 miles on the repair. My local mechanic told me that the timing chain tensioner was bleeding oil and that's the noise I heard on the start up. When I returned back the second time to let them what I found out, the owner was belligerent and told me my repair was 2 1/2 years old. I agreed but I also mentioned that it doesn't even have 20,000 miles on the repair and "is that the type of work he's going to stand behind"? He offered me to disassemble the engine and find out what was wrong. I told him it was not a mystery What was wrong? It was the timing chain Tensioner. They denied my request. I stand by what I said about Dick and the service guys. they are great. There's a reason why this owner has many poor reviews. I would never tell anyone not to utilize a business, but I want to say, if you're going here, please beware. My engine now needs to be completely disassembled and I need to spend another $5000 to get back to where I was. The world is not what it used to be
