I was unable to get my colleague and friend a birthday present due to health issues, so I ordered from the one place I knew always has amazing flowers. But I messed up the date. They fixed my mistake with a smile (yes, you can tell over the phone) and without any problems! I needed to buy 2 big plants for my Company , shop was open, display shop just across the street. At the moment works in the Street so nobody in the shop. The owner looking without interest at her screen, a Young boy in the shop no work. I asked to join me to chose 2 big plants, worth more then 1000 euro in total, total consternation , should we look up from our pc , and move, no, she ordered the Young buy not to do anything, had to come back. hilarious how some people can ruin a business. I cancelled my contract with them on the spot with my business, there are plenty of good shops giving service in these difficult times

A very abrasive individual chastised us for taking a picture even though there were no signs prohibiting them. Fine - that's fair but two seconds later while we were simply pulling out our phone to look at the map the same angry guy rudely threw us out of the store. I have never experienced this anywhere I have traveled to in the world.
