In fact, it was a gorgeous, sunny Polish day, October 1. These Carpathian mountains are also quite famous for their well-maintained and color-coded (for difficulty and navigation) hiking trails.
The lift tickets ran 43 Zloty for both of us, the equivalent of about $13.00, a steal. (I think I got a Senior discount). The lunch meal in the pictures was an extra cost item, about $4 each, again, a bargain.
This place is popular ! The lift-ticket line stretched forever, but moved somewhat smartly. This is a great place to visit if you are in the Bielsko-Biata area. It would definitely be worth a couple hours driving time to get here.
