Roy and his companies are scammers and are dangerous UNLICENSED contractors.. They buy reviews to…read morelook good but they will scam you. My garage door failed exactly one year after installation. I had DoorPosh came out to repair it after Roy disappeared on me and have given me their statement on incorrect parts they installed. They used cheap and weak springs on my very heavy door and they did not give me the heavy duty motor as listed on their receipt. Roy also tried to blame me for not paying him to do maintenance with his company every 6 months and citing that the failure was due to user negligence. No new garage door should have failed within 1 year with or without the maintenance. He did not write anywhere that the 5 year warranty is contingent on paying his company to do maintenance. My tenants told me that they did maintenance, just not with his company. After I posted this review. He called me to swear profanity at my face and threaten to sue just because I posted a screenshot of his contractor licensing board public record showing his business and his name. Both are very public information that anyone can look up. He threaten to post my private photos that he took and spill my personal customer information if I don't take this review down. I encourage others to post their true experience. He cannot sue someone simply telling the truth.
